“9 THINGS EVERY PREGNANT

MAMA NEEDS TO KNOW” FREE GUIDE!

After having 4 children, I’ve definitely learned a lot along the way. I also didn’t learn as much as I wished I would have before having kids! Years later, I’m blessed enough to be able to provide you with the information both in this free guide, and also in my 3 prenatal courses (Prenatal/ Newborn Sleep, Breastfeeding BasicsPrenatal Nutrition – or you can take all three as the Prenatal Bundle package)!

If this sounds like something you’d like to read, then just click the “SIGN ME UP!” button under the picture on the right! I promise you that you will learn 9 things that you may have never heard of before. I tried to create this guide to give mamas some extra things to think about besides the typical information that’s currently available out there.

This is just a sneak peak of my 3 awesome prenatal courses that I highly suggest you think about getting! I guarantee that you will be glad you took the time to learn about these things and give yourself (and your baby) the best possible start!

“6 STEPS TO STOP YELLING AT YOUR CHILD”

FREE GUIDE

Like I said, I have four children, so I completely understand how easy it is to raise your voice or want to yell at your children! But if you think about the times when that does happen, what was the result? Was the yelling helpful? Did your child happily agree to do what you were asking them to do/not do?

Usually the answer is no. There are often tears, more yelling, being upset, and feeling sad or angry…and that’s true for both parents and kids! No one likes to be yelled at, and our children are no different. As parents, we owe it to them and ourselves to figure out ways to communicate with them that leave us both feeling happy and heard.

If this sounds like something you’d like to read, then just click the “SIGN ME UP!” button under the picture on the right! The things you will learn here are topics that I also cover in more detail in the Parenting Solutions course. These are great initial tips to get you started ASAP! In fact, if you can follow what I tell you in this guide, you can see immediate changes. It’s really pretty awesome to watch!

“INCREASING MILK SUPPLY”

FREE GUIDE

One of the hardest parts about producing milk for your little one is knowing that it’s not always as easy as it looks. Most people assume that because it’s a biological process, it’s going to be easy and plentiful, but that’s not often the case.

It can be heartbreaking when you learn you can’t make enough breast milk to support your baby. Many will give up and turn to formula, even though that’s not really what they want to do. This is where I come in!

As an IBCLC, I help lactating individuals produce milk and latch their babies every day. Something I’ve become quite passionate about over the years is increasing milk production. I’ve dealt with low milk supply myself after the birth of my twins, so I know how disappointing it is.

My free guide talks to you about some of the less-known possibilities about why you might be producing less milk. You can’t fix what you don’t know is broken. My goal is to always “think outside the box”, so I can better help my clients. This free guide is your first step in figuring out your “why”.

If this sounds like something you’d like to read, then just click the “SIGN ME UP!” button under the picture on the right! These are great initial tips to get you started increasing your supply ASAP! If you want more in-depth help, let me know and we can set up a private consultation (some insurances accepted for this service).
