Welcome to the Sleeptastic Prenatal Nutrition course for the pregnant mother-to-be! I’m excited to see you here, since that means you’re thinking about signing up for this awesome course! This course will teach you how to better choose and prepare meals for yourself and your family.
Here’s what Michelle from Pennsylvania had to say about her experience with the course…
“Being a first time mom-to-be, I wanted to learn as much as I could about everything! I love that Ronee has courses like this, and ones for breastfeeding and newborn sleep too, so I can learn it all! I have learned so much during this course, and I’ve really enjoyed meal planning for my husband and I. We’ve both been eating much better and I am feeling awesome in my third trimester now! Thanks for everything!”
In this 8 week course, you are going to learn about the different types of macro and micronutrients (that includes vitamins and minerals), fibers, and whole grains. We’ll talk about the things that are important with these nutrients and where you can find them, as well as talk about prenatal vitamin supplements for when you don’t get enough from your foods. I’ll tell you about how you can make simple changes to your diet to better incorporate them. Because when we know better, we do better!
You’ll also learn which foods to eat/avoid for common pregnancy health concerns (ie high blood pressure/preeclamsia, gestational diabetes, fatigue, thyroid disease, nausea, anemia, stretch marks, postpartum depression, and more). We’ll discuss what to eat while breastfeeding, how to introduce solids to your baby as they grow, and how to avoid emotional eating during and after your pregnancy.
One of the most requested topics that I cover is meal planning and meal prepping. Once you’ve gotten all the info about what to eat and what to avoid, the next step is to go out there and get those foods so you can make them at home! I will share lots of tricks, sample meal/snack choices, and examples of how you can make the best decisions when it comes to your healthy eating habits.
Going along with that is also learning how to read product and ingredient labels. I’ll teach you what to look for in your products and how to compare 2 or more similar products, so that you’re choosing the best one for yourself (which could be different than what you’re thinking). Because I believe in a holistic, lifestyle approach, I also think it’s super important to talk about how other facets of our lives can affect our food choices.
In case you didn’t know, I’m not only a nutrition coach, but I’m also a pediatric and adult sleep coach, lactation counselor, parenting coach, infant massage educator, and health/life coach. Because of this, I will also be covering topics, such as hydration, sleep, stress, exercise, and more! Not only do I cover these topics, but I will give you tools you can use right now to make a difference in any of these areas that you might be struggling with.
While we start the program with expectations and how to use my favorite free app that I feel can make a difference, I end the program with some things you can do moving forward. In between, each week I will leave you with a “what to work on” slide or two so that you know exactly what you need to work on that week.
The entire course is meant for you to make small changes along the way. You should NOT be waiting until the very end of the course to start changing things. It’s much easier to handle things when you’re making just a few changes each week. This way you’re more likely to actually make the changes and keep up with them long-term. If you’re still not sure if this course is for you, let me ask you a few questions.
Are any of the following 10 statements true for you?
1) You’d love to gain weight in a healthy manner throughout your pregnancy.
2) You’d like to understand what it is you’re feeding yourself and your family.
3) You’ve always been interested in the idea of meal planning or prepping, but you weren’t sure where to start.
4) You’d like to learn how to shop smarter, while saving time and money.
5) You wished you had more knowledge about healthy food options, including organics and grass-fed beef/poultry.
6) You’d like to understand why you’re an emotional or stress eater and how to overcome it.
7) You’d like to understand more about the different macro and micronutrients, and know how much you should be getting each day.
8) You’d like to know how much weight you should be gaining and how many calories you need throughout your pregnancy.
9) You’d like some tips on how best to exercise and get better sleep while pregnant.
10) You’d love to learn some stress management tools for a stress-free pregnancy (good to use during labor too)!
If you answered “yes” to any one of these things, then you definitely need to sign up for my 8 week course! You will learn how to deal with all of the above and more! Because your success is my success, I’ve included ways for you to ask simple questions or get clarification on something you’ve read or watched. You can comment at the bottom of on any week’s lesson, and I’ll get back to you ASAP!
If you’re ready to make this the best pregnancy you’ve ever had, then now’s the time to start! In fact, I’m pretty sure that you’ll think that this is the money you’ve spent in a very long time! It’s a great value, since you will have lifetime access and the information you learn now will benefit you beyond your pregnancy. Each week you’ll have access to a new lesson, with email reminders about their availability for your convenience.
Here’s what Ashley from New York had to say about her experience with the course…
“I really enjoyed this course! I didn’t want to gain another 70lbs this pregnancy, so I thought I would try a different approach. I loved all the education, as well as the “what to work on” parts each week. It really helped me to feel accountable, even if no one was officially watching me. So far I’ve maintained a great weight gain, and I feel much better these days with my nausea. Thanks Ronee for a great course!”
