Welcome to the Sleeptastic Classes page! Occasionally, we will run live in-person or virtual classes for parents to sign up. All classes currently being offered are listed below by date. Please click on the class you want (be sure to look at CPR locations before booking to ensure you  have the right facility), and follow the instructions for checkout. As the class date approaches, you will receive a reminder email with further instructions.

ADULT & PEDIATRIC FIRST AID/CPR/AED CLASS – CHILDREN’S HEALTHCARE

WHERE: Children’s HealthCare / Lehigh Valley Breastfeeding Center, 1517 Pond Rd, Allentown, PA 18104 (upstairs, door to the right)

This class is perfect for anyone who is interested in learning how to save lives! Whether this is your first time ever learning CPR, or you’re recertifying, this blended learning class is a great way to learn the skills you need to help others.

With blended learning classes, you will first take an online class to learn the basics, before coming to the in-person class to put your skills to work. This cuts down the time that you need to be away from your work or family, and allows you to do some learning ahead of time on your own schedule.

Please allow several hours in total to complete the online class (you can save as you go). Plan on the in-person class portion taking about 2-2.5 hours. Upon completion of both the online and in-person sections, you will officially be certified for two years through the American Red Cross. 

The class cost is $75 per person for Children’s HealthCare and LV Breastfeeding Center patients (use your coupon code at checkout) and $80 per person for non-patients, which includes both the online and in-person sections, as well as your final certificate.

 INFANT MASSAGE CLASS 

WHEN: Thursday, October 29, 2026; 230-3:45pm

WHERE: Lehigh Valley Breastfeeding Center, 1517 Pond Rd, Allentown, PA 18104 (upstairs, door to the right)

This class is perfect for families with children aged 2 weeks through 12 months old! You can see some of the many benefits of massage in the graphic below!

You will learn the proper massage techniques for your baby’s legs, arms, chest, stomach, face, and back. You will also learn specific strokes to help with belly issues such as gas, constipation, and colic symtpoms!

We will also be doing some gentle yoga exercises to help your little one stretch and be more mobile. We will discuss how massage changes as your baby grows, and I’ll give you fun activities to do with them as they turn into toddlers and older children.

This is a 75min in-person class, where you will bring your baby to practice what you’re learning. I will provide the edible oil and electronic handouts after class. More information about what you should bring will be provided via email upon registration.

The class cost is $35 per parent/baby couple for LVBC and Children’s Healthcare patients and $40 for non-patients (use your coupon code at checkout). Coupons must be used at time of purchase. *Note 1: You will receive more information once you’ve purchased your spot, and reminder emails will be sent out a few days before the class, as well.

**Note 2: If you request a refund for any reason and at any time, please note that there is a $3 service fee that will be deducted from your refund to cover the credit card fee.
